DALI RESTAURANT & TAPAS BAR ~ PREP COOK
Base Salary: $23-424/hr
DALI Restaurant and Tapas Bar introduced Spanish Tapas to the Boston area 37 years ago in 1989 and is now looking for a FT experienced Prep Cook on Wed-Sun (closed Mon-Tues) with the following qualifications:
- experienced in Day Prep and has not moved from job-to-job frequently.
- can follow recipes closely w/attention to details.
- has good knife skills and knows basic cooking techniques.
- ServSafe certificate is preferred but not essential.
- is bi-lingual in English and Spanish with co-workers.
- can start training immediately (or w/short notice) at $20/hr training rate and then $23-$24/hourly after satisfactory review.
- has good hygiene and sanitary habits and humble/positive attitude towards co-workers.
- can experience cooking as a JOY and not just a JOB.
