DALI RESTAURANT & TAPAS BAR ~ PREP COOK
Base Salary: $23-424/hr

DALI Restaurant and Tapas Bar introduced Spanish Tapas to the Boston area 37 years ago in 1989 and is now looking for a FT experienced Prep Cook on Wed-Sun (closed Mon-Tues) with the following qualifications:

  • experienced in Day Prep and has not moved from job-to-job frequently.
  • can follow recipes closely w/attention to details.
  • has good knife skills and knows basic cooking techniques.
  • ServSafe certificate is preferred but not essential.
  • is bi-lingual in English and Spanish with co-workers.
  • can start training immediately (or w/short notice) at $20/hr training rate and then $23-$24/hourly after satisfactory review.
  • has good hygiene and sanitary habits and humble/positive attitude towards co-workers.
  • can experience cooking as a JOY and not just a JOB.
