It’s been five stylish years since Osteria Vivo breezed onto Church Street in Pembroke, and the restaurant is celebrating the milestone with a very special one-night-only anniversary wine dinner on Monday, July 20th at 6:00pm. Chef de cuisine Luke Estes and wine smartie Ciro Pirone have teamed up for a five-course menu that pairs the best of what’s in season dishes with a handful of standout bottles.
The menu is stacked from start to finish, beginning with a Nectarine and Corn Salad before moving into Crab Flan Salato, Baked Foie Gras and Strawberry Torta, and Striped Bass with Spicy Nduja Butter. The final touch? A frozen Sanguinelli Orange Soufflé paired with Champagne for a sparkling finale.
