Toast to the Sail Boston scene with a five-course Billecart-Salmon Champagne Dinner at Town Meeting Bistro on Thursday, July 16th. Created to celebrate the long friendship between France and the United States, the evening pairs every course with world-class Champagne, including the exclusive 2018 Billecart-Salmon 250th Anniversary Cuvée made especially for America’s 250th birthday celebration (because you can’t drink the Statue of Liberty, ya know).

Take a look at chef Cory Williams’ luxurious lineup below, which goes big with Caviar Vol-au-Vents, Foie Gras Tart, Striped Bass and Wagyu Bavette with Burnt Leek, Pommes Anna and Summer Truffle. Each course is matched with a glass of bubbles, including the Chocolate Pot De Crème for dessert. Dinner costs $250 per person (plus a small fee) and you can grab reservations on Resy.
