A little trip to Italy is waiting in Hanover on Wednesday, July 22nd when Scutari Italian Restaurant hosts a special wine dinner at 6:00pm celebrating the wines of Tenuta I Lauri. Proprietor and winemaker Rodrigo Redmont will be visiting to lead you through a four-course menu with wine pairings inspired by the flavors of Abruzzo, Italy, and you can get a taste of what’s to come in the menu below.
Dinner kicks off with creamy burrata, grilled peaches and arugula paired with I Lauri’s Avalos Pecorino before moving into Cod Puttanesca with Chiola Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo, followed by pear and mascarpone-filled Caramelle with Bajo Montepulciano d’Abruzzo, then a Rack of Lamb with Le Pinciaie Montepulciano Riserva.
