Fallow Kin is seeking a well rounded line cook to join its growing team.
Fallow Kin is a fine dining farm to table restaurant that was recently recognized as a 4 star restaurant by the Boston Globe. The restaurant is helmed by James Beard three time nominated chef Conor Dennehy and Chef Marcos Sanchez, formerly of the tasting counter. We work very closely with local farms to support the local economy, reduce carbon footprint and bring in the best produce that we possibly can. The menu changes regularly. In addition to our à la carte menu, we also offer a seven course tasting menu experience at the chef’s counter.
The ideal candidate would have at least two years in a from-scratch kitchen. A formal education is not required but is a plus. Along with our sister restaurant Talulla, we are working towards pushing the industry forward in a more positive and constructive way.
