Toscano Harvard Square is a fast-paced, casual fine-dining restaurant specializing in authentic Tuscan and Northern Italian cuisine. Known for our warm hospitality, high-quality ingredients, classic dishes, and refined yet inviting atmosphere, Toscano is a staple dining destination for both locals and visitors.
We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and dependable busser to join our front-of-house team.
What We’re Looking For
- Full-time availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays (35–40 hours per week)
- Required availability 1-3 lunches and every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- A friendly and outgoing personality
- A strong team-oriented mindset
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- The ability to work quickly and calmly under pressure
- Strong communication skills with managers, servers, and kitchen staff
A passion for food, wine, spirits, hospitality, and exceptional service
Experience
- Previous restaurant or casual fine-dining experience is preferred but not required. We are happy to train the right candidate who brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
