Buttermilk & Bourbon, Chef Jason Santos’ celebrated New Orleans-inspired restaurant, is hiring experienced, guest-focused Servers who can deliver warm hospitality while keeping pace in a busy, high-energy environment for our Watertown location.

What You’ll Do
- Provide warm, attentive service while maintaining a sense of urgency.
- Guide guests through the menu with confidence.
- Execute steps of service consistently: greet, ring, run, touch tables, anticipate needs, close out smoothly.
- Manage multiple tables in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and composure.
- Communicate clearly with hosts, bartenders, and BOH to keep service flowing.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and proactively.
- Support the team with sidework, running food, pre-bussing, cleanliness, and closing duties.
- Uphold all safety, allergy, and sanitation standards.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2+ years serving experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
- Strong menu knowledge and the ability to make confident recommendations.
- A team-oriented mindset—no ego, no “not my job.”
- Ability to read the room and adjust tone, energy, and pacing.
- Attention to detail: order accuracy, cleanliness, guest engagement, timing.
- A positive attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Night, weekend, and holiday availability.
