Japan meets Thailand in a very fun mashup at UNI on Thursday, August 20th, when chef David Bazirgan teams up with Boong Boonnak of MERAI for a one-night-only dinner. The two tastemakers are bringing their own takes to the table in the Back Bay for a menu that’s surely chock full surprises. The bar will also be turning out some limited-edition cocktails straight from Boonnak’s award-winning imagination, so this is one collab you won’t want to miss.
