This role demands leadership, urgency, accountability, and the ability to maintain standards in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
What You’ll Do

- Lead, coach, and motivate FOH staff each shift; set the tone for professionalism, hospitality, and teamwork.
- Enforce service standards, steps of service, and cleanliness expectations across dining rooms, bar areas, and service stations.
- Support opening/closing procedures, sidework execution, table touches, and continuous quality checks.
- Communicate 86s, daily priorities, and service expectations to staff and BOH clearly and proactively.
- Resolve guest concerns with tact, urgency, and ownership—turning issues into recoveries.
- Monitor labor efficiency and help the MOD team manage pacing, seating, and ticket times.
- Collaborate with the Events Manager and execute onsite needs for private/semi-private events.
- Uphold safety, compliance, and ServSafe standards.
- Support training for new hires and ongoing staff development.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2+ years of restaurant leadership experience in a full-service, high-volume environment.
- Strong floor presence: assertive, calm under pressure, and comfortable making decisions quickly.
- A hospitality-first mindset paired with operational discipline and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Ability to hold staff accountable while fostering a culture of respect and teamwork.
- Someone who understands that consistency is king—systems matter, standards matter, follow-through matters.
- Availability nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
