Welcome to the *new* TRADE! A re-imagined Boston culinary landmark, is seeking energetic, passionate and hospitality-focused Assistant General Manager with a Beverage Focus!

TRADE, a Greek-focused Mediterranean restaurant, featuring a menu by James Beard Award Winner, Chef Jody Adams, and celebrated restaurateur, Eric Papachristos, is seeking a driven, bar-focused AGM.

Job Responsibilities

As an Assistant General Manager, you will oversee all operations at your store and are responsible for the success and growth of the restaurant. You are responsible for the supervision of all Front and Back of House staff. You are expected to grow the business, enhance the brand and push your staff to deliver excellent hospitality.

A passion for amazing food and genuine hospitality are an absolute must. The AGM, will be expected to perform operational duties including inventory, scheduling, planning & organizing and development of their teams.

You should have strong communication skills and be able to adhere and follow through with all company policies and procedures.

This is a full time salaried position and will require weekends and holidays.

1-3 Years of consistent Restaurant Management experience required for consideration. Strong preference for candidates who has worked in Nightlife and High-volume Bar settings.
