Overlooking the Public Garden, Bistro du Midi is a perennial Boston “favorite” and “most romantic” restaurant. Under the direction of Culinary Director/Partner Robert Sisca, we are looking for an experienced hospitality-oriented Assistant General Manager to complete our management team.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented hospitality professional who is dedicated to providing a stellar guest experience. This key position works with the General Manager to lead the front of house. Qualified applicants will have a friendly and approachable demeanor, be hard working and efficient and have a passion for hospitality. 3-5 years management experience in similar high quality restaurants as well as excellent food & beverage knowledge required. AGM-level experience and CMS or WSET certifications preferred.
