Liberty at the Landing is a new and energetic, high volume restaurant in the heart Weymouth Landing. Liberty at the Landing boasts great cocktails, great food, and exceptional service.They are looking to hire a passionate and hospitality driven individual to assist in leading their management team.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with general management of the restaurant
- Training and adhering to best practices and company policies
- Creating and maintaining proper scheduling
- Assisting with inventory control
- Ensuring the best experience with high standards of service
In Order to Thrive:
- Minimum 1-year management experience, high volume a plus
- Self motivated, willing to learn
- Invest in meaningful partnerships with ownership, management and both your FOH and BOH team
- Constant evaluation and improvement
- Attention to detail
