Take a peek at chef Jim Reutemann‘s lineup below – it’s stacked with buttery scones, cucumber and caviar sandwiches, crab rolls, prosciutto and melon, and chicken salad vol-au-vents before finishing with desserts like summer berry choux, golden chocolate fondant cake and a bright citrus tart. Pair your tower with a pot of freshly brewed premium Palais Des Thés tea, and of course a glass of Lallier Champagne, for truly immaculate vibes.
