A private club in the heart of Boston’s Back Bay is seeking an enthusiastic, service-focused Server to join our Food & Beverage team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about hospitality and wants to gain experience in a refined, member-focused dining environment.
The ideal candidate has exceptional customer service and communication skills, a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a variety of service styles. Successful candidates are team players who can multitask and provide exceptional service in a dynamic hospitality environment.
Our team provides a wide range of dining experiences, from à la carte service to member events and banquets. Flexibility and a willingness to work in different service settings are essential. Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required. We value a strong work ethic, professionalism, and a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
Position: Part-Time Server
Typical Hours: 4:30pm-10:00pm
