What You’ll Do:
- Lead and inspire the front-of-house team while creating an exceptional guest experience.
- Coach, develop, and motivate staff to perform at their best.
- Partner with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, service standards, and financial performance.
- Foster a positive, team-first culture built on accountability and hospitality.
- Help recruit, train, and retain top talent.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for hospitality and developing people.
- Someone who leads by example and isn’t afraid to jump in wherever needed.
