We’re looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager who is passionate about hospitality and enjoys developing people, creating exceptional guest experiences, and leading by example. Position Summary
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for leading daily front-of-house operations while working closely with the culinary and leadership teams to deliver exceptional service every shift. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced, fine dining environment and has a strong appreciation for wine, service, and guest engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences from arrival through departure.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop front-of-house team members while fostering a positive, professional culture.
  • Maintain the highest standards of hospitality, service, cleanliness, and attention to detail.
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, performance management, and team development.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless communication between the kitchen and dining room.
  • Support labor management, budgeting, inventory control, and cost management initiatives.
  • Help oversee our wine and beverage program, including inventory, ordering, and staff education.
  • Train team members on wine knowledge, food pairings, and elevated service techniques.
  • Assist with wine dinners, special events, holiday promotions, and seasonal menu launches.
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally while creating memorable recovery experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and company standards.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in an upscale, fine dining, or steakhouse environment.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, labor management, inventory, and financial performance.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for hospitality and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
  • Knowledge of wine service and food pairings required.
  • Certified Sommelier or equivalent wine education is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software.
  • Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Knowledge of local health and safety regulations.
  • Experience planning and executing wine dinners or special events.
  • Passion for food, wine, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences.
