Darling is currently seeking a service manager to join their team.
Darling opened in July, 2025 in Cambridge’s Central Square, serving dim sum inspired small plates and a daily rotating selection of hyper-seasonal, Asian inspired cocktails.

This role will allow the right candidate to work alongside ownership across multiple areas of operations including staff management, guest relations, event management, and financial reviews.
We are seeking individuals with significant experience working in the restaurant industry, preferably with some prior management experience, and an interest in continuing to grow professionally.
Responsibility include
- Scheduling, training, and day to day oversight of host and support staff teams.
- Assist with reservation and host stand management in service.
- Attention to detail, ensuring proper steps of service and protocols are followed by staff members.
- Ensure guest and employee satisfaction.
- Complete EON financial report.
- Assist with planning and execution of special events.
- Communicate effectively between FOH and BOH teams.
- Conduct daily staff pre-shift briefings.
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of experience in a busy restaurant environment. Prior management experience preferred.
- Knowledge of classic cocktails and modern craft cocktail trends, techniques, and styles.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and remain calm under pressure.
- Desire to grow professionally within the restaurant industry.
