Somaek – Line & Sushi Cooks

Somaek 소맥, the freshly-opened Korean restaurant in Downtown Crossing from Jamie Bissonnette, Andy Cartin & Babak Bina is looking to fill two line cook positions as well as one sushi cook role.

Requirements

  • Desire to learn new recipes, techniques and styles of cooking.
  • 1-2 years of experience working in the Kitchen
  • US Working Authorization is required.
  • Efficient Communications skills
  • Able to take directions
  • Punctuality and strong desire to maintain a clean workplace to main good hygiene and food safety practices.
