Responsibilities:

  • Inject new life into our menu by infusing traditional German fare with a dash of innovation and a sprinkle of culinary magic.
  • Collaborate with our bar team to create beer and food pairings that will make even the most stoic of beer snobs weak at the knees.
  • Keep a keen eye on food trends and incorporate them into our menu in a way that makes them feel like they’ve been part of our heritage all along.
  • Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness and food safety because nobody wants a side of food poisoning with their schnitzel.

Requirements:

  • A passion for German cuisine that borders on obsession. Bonus points if you’ve ever dreamed of swimming in a pool of beer cheese.
  • Previous experience leading a kitchen with the grace and precision of a waltz-loving chef.
