FULL TIME CHEF (SAUGUS)
- MUST BE AVAILABLE WEEKENDS
- HOURS OF OPERATION: TUES – FRI 9 AM – 6 PM SAT 9-4 SUN 8-2 CLOSED MONDAY
- SALARY POSITION
RESPONSIBILITIES
- leading and training kitchen staff on day to day operations
- executing current recipes for prepared meals cases and creating new recipes
- buffet style catering
- working with suppliers and keeping items stocked
