CircleBack Kitchen & Bar is a new restaurant opening in Newton this November, serving elevated American comfort food, craft cocktails, and a well-curated beer and wine list. We’ll be open from breakfast through late night, seven days a week, and we’re building the team that will open the doors with us.
This is an opportunity to be part of something from day one. You’ll help set the standard for how we cook, pour, and take care of our guests from the very first service. We’re looking for people who take pride in their craft, work well as a team, and want to build something lasting.
Front of House
- Servers: Warm, attentive, and confident guiding guests through our menu and drink list. Full-service experience preferred.
- Bartenders: Craft cocktail experience and solid beer and wine knowledge, with the speed and personality to run a busy bar. Late-night availability a must.
- Host: Organized, welcoming, and calm under pressure. Sets the tone for every guest’s experience. Weekend availability required.
Back of House
- Line Cooks: Solid fundamentals and a passion for elevating comfort food classics. Runs a clean station and keeps pace on a busy line. Prior line experience preferred.
- Prep Cooks: Reliable, organized, and consistent. Strong knife skills, a sense of urgency, and care for scratch cooking.
- Dishwashers: The backbone of the kitchen. Dependable, hardworking, and team-first. No experience required.
