LA PADRONA, Boston’s Michelin-Recommended & highly awarded Best Italian Restaurant, is seeking a passionate, organized and focused Chef de Cuisine to join our Hospitality Group. La Padrona has brought a new standard to Boston’s restaurant scene, immersing our guests in the very best of Italian hospitality and authentic, regional cuisine.
This is full-time, salaried position. In addition to a track record of excellent performance, building relationships, and managing high performing teams you will need a willingness to learn, to adapt and a positive attitude.
4-6 Years of consistent high-level kitchen management experience required for consideration. Strong preference for candidates who have worked in High volume, high revenue settings (8+ Million). A deep familiarity with Italian culture and cuisine is a plus.

Job Responsibilities
As the Chef de Cuisine at La PADRONA, you oversee all BOH operations and will report directly t the Executive Chef. You are responsible for the supervision of Back of House staff. You are expected to execute perfect service, enhance the brand and push your staff to deliver excellence.
A passion for amazing food and genuine hospitality are an absolute must. The Chef de Cuisine will be expected to perform operational duties including inventory, scheduling, planning & organizing, development of their teams and ensure excellent food quality.
You should have strong communication skills and be able to adhere and follow through with all company policies and procedures.
