Base salary: $25 an hour
DALI Restaurant and Tapas Bar in Somerville introduced Spanish Tapas to the Boston area 37 years ago in 1989 and is now looking for a FT experienced Prep Cook on Wed-Sun, 8am-4pm (closed Mon-Tues) with the following qualifications:
- can follow recipes closely w/attention to details.
- has good knife skills and knows basic cooking techniques.
- is bi-lingual in English and Spanish with co-workers.
- can start training immediately (or w/short notice) at $20/hr training rate and then $25/hourly after satisfactory review.
- has good hygiene and sanitary habits and a humble/positive attitude towards co-workers.
- ServSafe certificate is preferred but not essential.
- can provide 2 recent Work References.
- can experience cooking as a JOY and not just a JOB.
