Harry Hare’s an exciting new British-inspired pub in the heart of Beacon Hill, is seeking an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join our culinary leadership team.
This is a unique opportunity to work side by side with some of Boston’s best culinary talent, contributing to an exciting new concept while learning, collaborating and growing alongside accomplished industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Executive Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations.
- Lead, train and inspire the culinary team.
- Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, consistency and presentation.
- Assist with inventory management, ordering, food costs and waste control.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Foster a positive, professional and collaborative kitchen environment.
- Play an integral role in the successful opening and ongoing success of Harry Hare’s.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous Sous Chef experience or strong culinary leadership experience.
- A passion for great food and genuine hospitality.
- Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills.
- Experience working in a high-volume, quality-driven kitchen.
- Ability to lead by example and motivate a team.
- A collaborative attitude, strong work ethic and attention to detail.
