Qualifications:
- Previous serving experience in a busy, upscale, full-service restaurant
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tables while maintaining attentive, professional service
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude
- Must be available to work nights and weekends
