Josephine is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented Barback to support our bartenders and keep the bar running smoothly during service. The ideal candidate is organized, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar.
Responsibilities
- Restock beer, wine, liquor, mixers, garnishes, and other bar supplies.
- Assist bartenders with setup, breakdown, and maintaining a clean bar area.
- Wash and organize glassware and bar tools.
- Monitor inventory and communicate low-stock items to management.
- Support the bartending team during busy service periods.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow all food safety and workplace standards.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of wine and spirits.
- Previous restaurant or bar experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player.
- Must be available Friday through Sunday.
Schedule: Part-time, primarily Friday–Sunday.
