Iggy’s Bread, located at 130 Fawcett Street in Cambridge is hiring Counter Staff.
We’re looking for friendly, dependable people to join our bakery store team. Our store is a busy neighborhood gathering place, and we care as much about how we welcome people as we do about the bread we bake.
The job includes helping customers, learning our breads and pastries, handling purchases, keeping displays stocked, and maintaining a clean, welcoming store. We work together, stay attentive, and keep things moving—even when the line gets long.
We’d love to meet someone who:
- Enjoys people and offers warm, thoughtful service.
- Takes initiative and notices what needs doing.
- Is reliable, works well with others, and brings a positive attitude.
- Is comfortable staying active throughout a busy shift.
- Wants a steady, long-term role.
Retail or food-service experience is welcome, but a willingness to learn and a genuine interest in hospitality matter just as much.
Schedule: We prefer mostly full-time applicants available for three to five shifts per week, including at least one weekend day. Store hours are 7 a.m.–5 p.m.; shifts may include opening or closing work.
