Talulla – Line Cooks

Talulla is looking to add a line cook to its team. Talulla is a from scratch kitchen that works closely with the seasons and local farmers to craft a unique menu. This is a small team where each member is involved in every step of day to day operations. As a member of the Talulla kitchen team, you’ll learn butchery, pasta making, bread making, ice cream making, pastries, charcuterie, menu planning, how to work with local farms and change the menu often and more importantly how to successfully work on a small team that makes its guests happy everyday.

Talulla is currently nominated for a James Beard Award for Best Chef Northeast 2024. The starting compensation range is $50,000-$55,000 with room to grow within the company. Talulla is also working on a new concept and there may be room for growth at other points in the future. Education and practical learning are at the heart of what Talulla does with offsite trips to farms where there’s a chance to see where your produce comes from. The ideal candidate would have two years of experience in a from scratch kitchen and would be looking to take the next step in their career.
