Moona – Line Cook

Moona is looking for a Line Cook that has experience working with salad and expo stations. Day of the week we are looking to cover are Thursday night, Sunday night, and Monday night. Shift will be 3pm-10:30pm.

You will be in-charge of all the cold items on the menu. Salads, desserts, other apps, garnishing dishes, calling out tickets to the other cooks. You have to be fluent in English and have strong communication skills.

Moona is a fine casual Middle Eastern restaurant. We have 29 seats inside and 10 seats on the patio.

This is a unique opportunity for a cook to learn about use of unique and different spices, butchery, pickling, and much more.

The most important thing for us asides from your prior experience is that you are humble, organized, take pride in what you do, clean, and consistent.
