Chickadee – Sous Chef

Chickadee is hiring a Sous Chef to help lead their stellar kitchen team. If you’ve got what it takes, you will receive a $1,000 Cash Bonus after 90 days of employment.

Located in the heart of the Innovation and Design Building in Boston’s Seaport District, Chickadee is a culinary oasis serving locally inspired Mediterranean cuisine with New England roots.

This position requires a minimum of two years kitchen management experience in a quality, high-volume restaurant (AOS degree in Culinary Arts and ServSafe
certification is a plus). The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and cooking, great pallette, and an eye for detail. This individual should possess strong leadership and communication skills, sense of urgency, and an ability to multi-task and troubleshoot effectively. At Chickadee they value ambition and enthusiasm over experience and are more interested in finding the right people.

Annual salary for this position is $65k-$70k per year, depending on experience.
