Dedham Country & Polo Club – BOH Positions

The Dedham Country & Polo Club kitchen is preparing to open after a 12-month renovation. Culinary operations will execute out of 4 brand new, pristine kitchens. The culinary team is dedicated to providing the club membership with the highest quality offerings through scratch cooking using classical culinary techniques influenced by innovative trends. A creative lunch and dinner a la carte menu is complimented by a fully operational pizza kitchen and seasonal poolside dining. The banquet kitchen is capable of executing any type of event ranging from 10 to 200 guests.

Staff onboarding will begin around August 1st and run through September. Current culinary positions available include line cooks, prep cooks, banquet cooks, pizza cooks, stewards, and part-time cooks. Club, hotel, and/or restaurant experience is preferred however, if you are ambitious and willing to learn, we are happy to help you grow!
