Provencal Plates and Pours

Bistro du Midi Website

The Summer Rosé Tour wraps up at Bistro du Midi with special menu offerings available through the end of August. Chef Robert Sisca and head sommelier Todd Lipman have joined forces to feature a Provence-inspired grilled red snapper with a bouquet of pink pours. The a la carte entrée has been dressed for the season with white peach and a lemon vinaigrette and is available for $27. Lipman has chosen three wines to complement Sisca’s dish and they can be ordered by the glass, pichet, demi or bottle to accommodate all levels of thirst. The Summer Rosé Tour menu is available in the downstairs Café du Midi until September and you can call 617.426.7878 for more information or to reserve a table.
