Weekend Brunch at Ward 8

Chef Kenny Schweizer will be rolling out Saturday and Sunday brunch at Ward 8 this weekend. He and his team will be waking up early to make sure you and your have an array of delicious sweet and savory ways to get your day started (think: lemon ricotta crepes, steak and eggs or the Ward 8 breakfast burger). Bar Manager Mike Wyatt won’t be sleeping in either. He’s created some signature cocktails that are ideally suited to midday drinking, including the Queen’s Cooler (a juicy, refreshing pear highball) or the Brass Monkey (aka The Poor Man’s Mimosa made with Colt 45 and freshly squeezed orange juice. The a la carte menu will be available from 10:00am until 3:00pm. You can call 617.823.4478 for a table or just roll in whenever you’re ready – it’s the weekend, after all.
