Sam’s at Louis Welcomes Chef Asia Mei

Sam’s at Louis welcomes chef Asia Mei to the ranks at their hipper-than-hip waterfront restaurant. Mei, who takes over for opening chef Ken Rogers, is a native Californian who crossed the country to get a degree in Economics and Biology from Boston College but found the call of kitchen too hard to resist. Having sharpened her technique and honed her skills at Hamersley’s Bistro, Sibling Rivalry, Whole Foods and, most recently, the Franklin Southie, Mei will be rolling out her very own menu of French/American bistro fare using New England ingredients and bi-coastal sensibilities. Book a table to see the new menu and enjoy a harborside dinner by calling 617.295.0191.
