Banned in Boston

Get ready to eat and laugh yourself silly on Friday, April 1st when Banned in Boston returns to the House of Blues. This evening of musical laughs will start at the Lansdowne Pub where cocktails and an assortment of tasty hors d'oeuvres await you. Keep an eye out for treats from Ashmont Grill, Tavolo, Chez Henri, Eastern Standard, Post 390, Scampo, Sel de la Terre, The Fireplace, Tremont 647, Union, and UpStairs on the Square. Then, at 7:45pm make your way to the House of Blues for the big event and some top notch entertainment courtesy of all manner of politicians, sports folk, entertainment personalities, and even some nonprofit leaders. And to top it all off, they'll be raffling off a selection of drool worthy prizes. Tickets, which can be purchased here, cost $200 each, the proceeds from which go to benefit Urban Improv and their struggle to improve the lives of urban youths through performance.
