They’ve fired up their Pitmaster Dinner Series again this year, inviting barbecue masters from around the country to come cook their specialties for you. On Wednesday, October 16th, they’re hosting Leslie Roark Scott (aka @barbequeprincess) and Craig Verhage (aka @thebbqninja) from Mississippi’s Ubons Barbecue. Drop in for passed apps and a three-course dinner featuring smoked catfish, hush puppies, and Mississippi-style baby back ribs.
