All the good stuff gets better with age, like Parmesan cheese, your grandma’s advice, and Pavona Pilsner — Lamplighter Brewing Co.’s collab with Pammy’s. Get over to 284 Broadway on Monday, May 13th to commemorate the beer’s fourth anniversary with a little shindig at the brewery, including fab beers and killer beer cocktails (NA, too!) from Pammy’s bar manager Rob Ficks. Bring your appetite, too, because chef Chris Willis’ will be making his world famous Italian hero sandwiches (Prosciutto di San Daniele, Toscana Piccante, Golfera Mortadella, Provolone, Pickles, Hots, Crispy Onions, all stacked on a 10-inch Sesame Seed Hoagie).

The fun goes down from 5:30 to 8:30pm, which gives you plenty of time to party down before a reasonable weeknight bedtime. Entry is free, but it’s a good idea to give the brewery an RSVP here so that they have an idea of how many people will be there.
