Not a lot of grapes can go from bone dry to extra sweet, except for Riesling, which is no ordinary wine grape. Each night owner and sommelier Chris Campbell and wine expert Olga Kiseleva will take you on a tasting tour of some of the world’s best Riesling vintages, including stops in Germany, France and Canada. You’ll get to taste nine wines in all, including Dr. Loosen, Trimbach and Weingut Baumann vintages from 1976 through 2022, paired with a lovely five-course dinner of Scallop Ceviche, Soft Shell Crab, Duck à l’Orange and more, all for $239 per person.
