On Monday, February 16th, bubbles abound at Fairsted Kitchen’s Cantina della Volta wine dinner. The restaurant pairs up with Mucci Imports to spotlight fourth-generation winemaker Christian Bellei and his sparkling Italian wines. Chef Jason Albus complements the flavor of the effervescent pours from the Emilia Romagna region with a four-course menu, including dishes like mushroom soup with parmigiano reggiano and osso bucco with creamy polenta.
