Chefs Collaborate for Earth Day

In honor of Earth Day, some of Boston's most environmentally-minded chefs are teaming up with Chefs Collaborative and paying tribute with special fundraising menus or planet-friendly dinners. See what they have planned at spots like Tastings Wine Bar & Bistro, Harvest, Evoo, Lumière, Bambara and The Fireplace. Each restaurant is celebrating in its own way (choose from a la carte offerings or three, five and seven-course menus), but a portion of the proceeds from all the dinners will support Chefs Collaborative's mission to promote local, sustainable and organic foods. Really, with all the sustainably delicious food available this week, there's no reason not to go green.
