Les Zygomates pays tribute to the wines and the winemakers of Patz & Hall with a special five-course dinner on Wednesday, May 17th. Founded by a quartet of talented friends and would-be vintners (Donald and Heather Patz, James Hall and Anne Moses) way back in 1988, Patz & Hall has become one of most well-respected wineries in California – their single-vineyard chardonnay and pinot noir especially. Reserve a seat at the dinner, which starts at 7:00pm and costs $125 per person, to enjoy the carefully crafted courses and their potable west coast accompaniments. Have a look below to get a sense of the menu, though keep in mind they’re holding back some of the dishes so there may be some surprises in store – delicious surprises.
