The love of swine crosses state lines when chef-owner Justin Brunson of Denver’s Old Major pops up at The Backroom at Moody’s for a one-night dinner. The Colorado chef will be in the Waltham kitchen on Monday, May 23rd with a prix fixe menu featuring a whole lot of pork. The piggy offerings include lobster and pork sausage, braised pork shanks and pork pot de crème (with lard cookies!) The menu—take a peek below—is available for $85 per person, starting at 5:00pm.
