Taco your way into Fat Tuesday with Loco Taqueria’s NOLA-inspired specials. On February 9th, chef Matt Drummond will add a Po Boy option to the Taco Tuesday offerings. The Louisiana-Mexico hybrid features fried oyster, rock shrimp, crawfish, Bibb lettuce, diced tomatoes and pickled veg—served with Old Bay Mayo for $4 apiece.
