Chef Eric Cooper and the Forage team turn their attention to Tuscany for an autumnal Italian wine dinner on Wednesday, November 2nd. MA wine importer Giannoni Selections – headed by Gemma Iannoni and Andrea Alexander – will partner with Forage to host winegrower Anselmo Luginbühl of Siena’s Casina di Cornia. Cooper will present a four-course menu of seasonal eats, like wild boar boudin blanc and hay-smoked lamb, to match the certified organic Chianti and more (like traditional Tuscan biscotti with Vin Santo). The menu (which can be made vegetarian on request) is available for $79 per person at limited seatings through the evening. Call 617.576.5444 to make sure you’ve got a seat.
