Guest Chef at Sycamore

Chef Carl Dooley is stopping in at Sycamore on Monday, May 2nd for a collaborative chef’s dinner. Dooley will join culinary forces with chefs Dave Punch and Lydia Reichert for a seasonally inspired menu with an Italian bent. Guests to the Newton restaurant can dine on three courses worth of a la carte options, including dishes like squid ink pasta and porchetta. The plates are primed for pairing with wines from Italian importer, SelectioNaturel, available by the glass, carafe or bottle.
