Bistro du Midi wants to take you on a Tour de France without all that awful bike racing. This summer, ride down to the Bistro to try the Tour de Rosé, a daily menu featuring chef Robert Sisca’s specials paired with everybody’s favorite warm-weather sip: rosé. The specials change based on what’s available, and the wine is paired accordingly—this month, treat yourself to a summer truffle flatbread with wild mushrooms and creme fraiche paired with a 2017 Sciaccareliu, or the soft shell crab with chorizo and pea tendrils with a glass of 2017 Grenache Blend from Provence.
