SRV Cicchetti Takeover with Dave Punch

Chef Dave Punch (Sycamore, Little Big Diner, Buttonwood) is skipping out on suburbia for the evening and coming to the city, taking over the cicchetti station at SRV. On Wednesday, August 1st, he’ll work with co-executive chefs Kevin O’Donnell and Michael Lombardi to serve up Venetian-style small bites for folks in the bar and bacaro area of the restaurant. The finger food menu is set to be a line-up of plates like Calabrian hot link with peppers & pecorino pienza, compressed heirloom melon with Iberico ham & basil, local goat cheese drizzled with mountain honey & topped with fennel pollen, sweet corn & Jonah crab croquettas with remoulade and marinated littleneck clams with avocado & chili crisp.
