Located in Boston's historic South End, SRV is Boston's first Venetian restaurant. Styled after a Venetian bacaro, a traditional style of casual bar serving cicchetti or small bites, SRV (which stands for Serene Republic of Venice) offers shareable dishes, house-made pastas, risotto, polenta, proteins and fish.

The Venetian meets Bostonian design details can be seen through the intricate use of wrought iron, Venetian plaster, brushed brass and white marble throughout. An inviting white marble bar set against a backdrop of exposed brick offers seats for twenty while adjacent swivel stools and dedicated drink rails encourage conversation among guests. Behind the bar, custom-made brushed brass shelving with aged mirror panel insets play host to a full bar serving up a modern and inventive take on classic Italian cocktails as well as a selection of beer and wine.

Separated by additional custom brass shelving and playful nautical ropes, the SRV dining room is designed to offer a more traditional dining experience. The space is outfitted in marble topped tables, European designed oak dining chairs and rich burgundy velvet banquettes and custom lighting fixtures made from over 30 cut-glass decanters canopy overhead. Oversized sliding shutters allow for private and semi private dining and event capabilities.

During the summer months, SRV allows guests the opportunity to dine al fresco in a secluded and serene courtyard space located in the rear of the restaurant. With a capacity of 40, this coveted outdoor dining space lies on a wooden deck outfitted with lengthy banquettes and lush greenery.
