Miel’s First Honey Harvest Dinner

The Intercontinental Boston is abuzz with excitement – almost literally. On Tuesday, September 21st the hotel celebrates the first harvest of their very own crop of honey from the hotel’s rooftop apiary with a special dinner at Miel Brasserie Provençale. Chef Devanand Chinta will be plating three lovely courses, each featuring the freshly minted nectar (collected from the restaurant’s bustling colony, home to 40,000 bees). The sweet meal, which costs $75 per person including wine pairings, begins at 7:00pm and will be preceded at 6:30pm by a short bee tutorial – call 617.217.5151 for reservations.
