Don’t fret if a trip to the Friuli/Collio winemaking region of Italy isn’t in the cards this spring. On Tuesday, May 14th you’ll have a chance to ask Giampaolo Venica of Venica & Venica winery in Dolegna del Collio all the winemaking questions you want at Sogno in Woburn.

The owner and winemaker of the multigenerational estate is making an appearance at the Woburn eatery for a lovely five-course dinner, which kicks off at 6:00pm, and there’ll be lots of tasty pairings like Tonno Sashimi with Fregola Salad, Onions, Cherry Tomatoes, Parsley, Lemon and EVOO paired with Venica ‘Primarul,’ Friulano; and Veal Medallions with Prosciutto and Porcini Mushroom Risotto paired with Venica Merlot Collio.
